turbine surface clamping plate and other requirements of higher
flatness, parallelism and surface roughness of the plane milling
occasions, most of the use of hard alloy blade or higher wear
resistance material blade.
According to the installation structure of the blade, indexable
plane finishing milling cutter can be generally divided into blade
vertical mounting structure and blade flat mounting structure.
Vertical installation structure of the milling cutter is widely
used, because the blade is tangential installation, cutting force
direction of hard alloy section is large, high compressive
strength, the blade using cutting force clamping, with the increase
of cutting force clamping force increases, so do not need clamping
elements.
